Pickering Market Place 9th April 2011

A DAY OUT IN THE SPRING SUNSHINE.

.

Delighted by all the evidence of new life in God’s Creation, it’s time to re-take our Stand for Jesus.

.

There are also plenty of people about, and therefore many opportunities to speak about all that really matters.

Luke 9:25 (NKJV) For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost?

Tract Table

Me at the tract table.

A young man interrupted me setting out my stall by taking the evolution leaflet and saying; ” My question is ‘who caused the Big Bang’?”

I was only to pleased to inform him of the Lord Jesus’ work in making everything out of nothing, and to exhort him to seek the Creator before he grew any older.

Ecclesiastes 12:1 (NKJV) Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near when you say, “I have no pleasure in them”.

A lady stopped and we spoke at length about the issues of life. What is a ‘soul’, how do you know which ‘religion’ is right, how can you tell a real Christian from a Cultural one, what does it mean to ‘seek’ God, and much more.

It’s at these times that the privilege of believing becomes apparent, hopefully I was able to point her to the one one who has all the answers, Jesus of Nazareth.

THE RAILWAY IS BACK AT WORK, AND THE STATION SPORTS A NEW ROOF.

New Roof now covers the platforms
