And Another Opportunity
To Speak Of
The One And Only
Saviour Of Sinners –
“‘I’M OK AS I AM’, ‘NO THANKS’, ‘NO NEED'”
Typical answers from those passing by when offered a Gospel Tract.
Like the Duck above, too much taken up with themselves to notice the feast before their eyes.
Its not new, God has chastened men down through time for their hardness of heart.
Psalm 81:11 “But My people would not heed My voice, And Israel would have none of Me.
Zechariah 7:11 they refused to heed, shrugged their shoulders, and stopped their ears so that they could not hear.John 1:11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
John 3:19 this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
John 5:40 you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life.
Modern Man isn’t so very modern then, is he?
Left to himself he becomes so obsessed with himself that he acts against his own best interest.
Romans chapter 3:
10 As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one;
11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God.
12 They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one.”
Thankfully, his God and Creator Cares What Happens To Him
The Good News is that there’s Forgiveness and Pardon for all who will Repent and Believe.
Those people who stand on the street corners speaking and passing out leaflets just want you to stop and listen and they tell you of the One who came into your world to make forgiveness and repentance possible. They will tell you that you are not ‘OK’, that infact you are in desperate trouble unless you can find someone to bear the cost of your release. They’ll go one to explain the Jesus Christ died as a substitute for all who will believe on Him, and recommend that you flee to Him for deliverance.
So Please Do Stop And Listen – It’s Vital To Your Welfare, And The Sooner You Can See This the better it will be for you and all around you.
1 Timothy chapter 1 says:
15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.
Romans chapter 8 says:
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.
Locomotives Come and Go, even draw a crowd, The Living God our Saviour calls you to Himself.
